Richard Kruspe gave an interview to the Chilean radio station Futuro 88.9. When asked about the next album status, Richard said:
We met last September, after several years. We had been busy, me with my other band Emigrate and Till with his solo project. We reunited again and we feel prepared to do something in the studio, but without putting any pressure to create a new record. We are taking it easy, like going one day to a sauna and spending the day there. So who knows. At this point, I do not know what will be. If we decide to make another album or EP, or anything, really it is not what concerns us most. We want to like the material first. And I think it’s a privilege to be able to tour without any new album. We hope to get something that we like, but we do not pressure. We are not desperate. I think it’s the first time in our career we feel this way.
