Ahh ok, thanks LITTLELUCKYLINK. The reference to The Dark Knight was just my observation, the joker was a very sinister character in that movie. My kind of guy, lol.
The Glasgow smile is a term used to describe that kind of scar as it has appeared throughout history. It’s hard to tell whether or not it was a reference to its use in the Dark Knight, or just for its own effect.
Ok, in scene 13 it does look like Till has white contacts! I do stand by my Joker observation. If anyone has seen the movie the Dark Knight, or any of our Batman movies, that is Tills face at the end.
In Scene 13, Till has his eyes closed. The makeup on his eye lids suggest white eyes. His lips and the others are like the Joker, from the American Bat man and Joker comics or movies. The swimsuits the ladies are wearing are from the American 60’s era. The dance they are all doing is the Twist, also from the American 60’s era. Till running down the beach does resemble a guy from the American show Bay Watch. This does seem to be a parody video, or a paradox, since most Rammstein songs and videos have double meanings. I like the ending better too, since I like the dark side of Rammstein better.
Scene 13: Here, Till is seen wearing white facepaint and white contact lenses. His black lipstick is worn perhaps to resemble the Glasgow smile. His makeup may also be a reference to the photography on the cover of their earlier album Sehnsucht.
Scene #12 Here we see Till acting like David Hasselhoff from Baywatch, running down the beach. What sets this off from the actual, “Hoff”, is the rather flappy man scene happening on Till’s chest…lol
I thought this video + the song were great. It’s obviously satirical of European xenophobia (you can see in scene #1 Till is wearing Swiss shorts which probably allude to the anti-immigration parties of Switzerland). Even the lines “Hier ist nichts mehr frei” seem to be crafted to show a double meaning because it could mean both there isn’t enough room here anymore *or* that it isn’t free here anymore which could be the side-effect of xenophobia. I think it was amazingly done, and I loved the video!
I like it, but I was hoping for better 🙁
the song is quite simple, although it has an alright build up towards the end. I hope that this isn’t their goodbye song because I want them to leave us with more of an epic Rammstein feel, not with a funny video 🙁

What an awesome vid. From a funny beach party to a trully devillish Rammstein explosion in the dunkelheit!
I think this video is for Switzerland since they are against immigration
