Although the official site has not yet officially released any information about the possible single / video for Mein Herz Brennt, there is now on the internet fairly strong evidence that such release will be a reality.
The Production Paradise directory states that Lunik – a production company based in Berlin – includes among its recent projects the production of the aforementioned videoclip, allegedly directed by Eugenio Recuenco (Spanish photographer and filmmaker, responsible for the artwork for the album Liebe Ist Für Alle Da and the single Amerika).
Additionally, Crew United – a internet platform for professionals in the German speaking film and television industry – also displays on its website the same information regarding the videoclip (with more detailed information about its production).
An official announcement about this release shouldn’t take much longer to be reported. Special thanks to Maya for the discovery and sharing of this information with all of us!
UPDATE (29/03/2012): Yet another evidence from Franz Gronemeyer’s official website (german stage/film designer), confirming Sanatorium Beelitz Heilstätten as the rumored filming location. According to the same link, the filming began on December 17th 2011, and took 2 days to complete.
UPDATE (31/03/2012): The same website now contains two photos taken during filming.
Now, I’m not an impatient fellow, but seriously? Come on, puh’leease!
All this information is real, and MHB video was indeed shot. There are solid evidence of that.
Unfortunately, nobody knows when will it be officially announced, but there are already rumours saying the release date was postponed.
