A rock ballet with music of Rammstein

Last Saturday 5th of April 2014, “HardBeat – Das Rockballett”  premiered in the “Großes Haus” theater of Schwerin, Germany. The ballet is directed by Sergej Gordienko, and performed by main dancer Igor Voloshyn, Anne-Frederique Hoigne, Ivan Kozyuk and Maxim Perju.

Never before Rammstein’s music has been used on such a scale for a dance project, the ballet includes songs like “Mein Herz brennt”, “Engel” and “Ohne Dich”, hits from Metallica, AC / DC, Joe Cocker and Frankie Goes to Hollywood are also included.

The ballet had a huge demand, tickets for the three scheduled events were sold out within a few days, then a fourth performance was added. Only standing tickets are available at the box office.
