Based on latest discussions on this forum, and studiing copyright laws, it is necessary to state out new forum mandatory rules, effective immediately, so, here we are.

LINKS TO MUSIC & VIDEOS: what is legal/what is not.
NEW RULES in the forum state:

From now on in our forum users shal NOT POST TOPICS THAT containin the following :
• Requests for or links to MP3s, music videos, or other files of questionable legality
• Bootlegs

So, please do not POST A LINK TO music or videos which does not directly originate from an officially legal site.

An OFFICIALLY LEGAL SITE is: or, universal music, a legitimate music site like MTV or VIVA. The links must be direct and linked only to the approved site. Any links which have copied and transferred the music or videos from an official legal site to ANYWHERE else are NOT OFFICIAL.

• Do not ASK FOR A LINK to music or videos. If there is a legal site for either listening or viewing, xTERNAL will provide the information in the NEWS section of

WHAT YOU CAN DO in the forums: You can DISCUSS a new song or a new video.

WHAT YOU CANNOT DO in the forums: provide illegal links or ask for links, give directions of any kind as to where something might be found (examples: file-sharing, other fansites, etc.). Screen caps will be allowed (within reason) AFTER a video has been made available through an OFFICIAL LEGAL LINK. Fan remixes of songs will be allowed (within reason) after the song has been officially released.

The above restrictions are necessary not because we are being “damn babies” or “. The reason is simply that RAMMSTEIN-EUROPE has made the decision to not be a facilitator of illegal activities involving copyrighted material. The reason for that is also clear. Rammstein’s Management has shown aggressive behaviour in combating copyright infringement.

Anyone who violates the spirit of the aforementioned expansion/explanation of what the RULES mean here as applied to music and videos (and this also includes the "making of videos") will meet up with one of the following consequences:

If you have ANY questions about what may or may not be acceptable here, you can always PM a Moderator and ask first before posting something that might get you in trouble here.

•any links to (or other sharing sites of a similar nature)are generally not allowed.
While some videos like fan made items or spoof animations are allowed, we do not allow linking to youtube. Oftentimes there is/are illegal videos of Rammstein performances to the side of the linked videos. Actual Rammstein Videos which are very illegal to be hosted by that site - therefore we cannot allow links to youtube to be allowed.

So, links to youtube are now allowed - ONLY IF it is a fanmade video by you, and does not contain bootleg footage or footage of live performances or released performances. Stills from photos found on the net are OK. A montage is OK. Clips of released footage are NOT OK.

Please try to understand that sometimes while we may allow a certain individuals fanmade videos, and deny another persons it is usually because the content in it could get the forums in trouble.

Also if some individuals post their fanmade video and it turns out to be bootleg footage that they filmed themselves at a concert and consider that "fanmade" - then we will have to reverse the ruling on allowing fanmade videos PERIOD!

Here is an update on what is considered "fanmade".
Fanmade is fanmade. You did it yourself. Like cut and paste. You creatd everything yourself. No footage filmed by someone else no clips. Still images are OK.
For example:
If you go out and find 6 banana slugs in the yard, dress them up in LAB outfits, and put the skinniest one in a paper boat and play the music to SEEMANN on a kazoo. That is fanmade.

If you have a coverband and you do your own video or you have footage of YOUR band's performance. That is fanmade.

If you have images that you sketched of how you think the video for a song should have been and you put it to music - I think we can allow that.

Use your creativity.

  • Europe 2019 Stadium tour - Spoiler thread

I know it seems a bit early, but some photos of the stage outside Black Box Music have been leaked. It seems that the band is forced to do some outdoor rehearsals. So I guess the spoilers will just keep coming from now on.

If anyone wants to be completely suprised by the tour, DON'T READ ANY FURTHER!

Because of the rules for this forum, I will leave it up to the mods to decide if we upload some of the leaked images here. But for now, here is a discription:

    - First of all, we are 100% sure that this is the new Rammstein stage, and not from some other band. The reason is that we can see many "Rammstein-pluss"-symbols (yeah, I don't know what to call them), and overall some stage equipment and lights from previous tours.

    - The stage looks nothing like the traditional stages the band has used. It's a very vertical build that almost looks like a wall. There is not much of a rig from which lights or other stage equipment is hanging from, instead there is almost a "net" of lights across the wall-esque structure.

    - It's hard to get a perspective, but it looks like the stage is at least something like 40 meters wide.

    - There are several "towers" across and in the centre there is a structure which looks like a skyscraper from the movie "Metropolis".

    - There is a big IMAC screen in the middle of the stage, beneath the skyscraper structure. It looks like this is meant to show close-ups of the band, but someone recorded a video of the screen playing an animation.

    - One video shows the stage testing it's red, white and blue lights for "Amerika".

It looks very impressive from the video-snippets I've seen.

Looks very impressive indeed, and the big light structures can gow up and down apparently.

I hope they won't use the screen for animated footage like we had on the Bercy-DVD. One of the pics on internet seems to point in that direction, with Till on fire.

        Sich mit dem Meer verbindet
Dort wollt' ich auf dich warten

There is a picture floating around the internet of a huuuuge penis-canon probably meant for the song "Pussy". This makes me wonder if they will also do a stadium tour in America and Australia in 2020.

Richard spoke in an interview about the fact that the band was not sure if they would play in indoor or outdoor shows in America and Australia. I thought that the stage-show would be such that it could easily be translated into a indoor show with a smaller stage (like the 2016/2017 show). But since it really looks like they are going all in for a stadium show, even making props and stage-effects meant for stadiums-only, it makes me wonder if they changed their mind after the ticket sale for the european shows exceeded all expectations. It's also easier for the band to only practice one show and not several.

That being said, the North-American shows will probably be announced in June, since RammsteinMexico teased that there will be a big announcment coming shortly after the album. In addition, big tours like this need 7-8 months of promotion.

LIFAD members got a notification on e-mail about the dress rehearsals in Gelsenkirchen. You can sign up now, along with a guest (who does not have to be a LIFAD member), and be part of a lottery. The rehearsals will take place on the 24th and 26th of May.

SSE Audio Group "Rammstein's amp racks heading out the yard for the band's upcoming tour - 186 L-Acoustics LA12X amplifiers to power their European stadium tour. Each amp is rated at 12000 watts - that's a whole lot of power!!!" Source

Since we are going to get a setlist tonight at more or less 21:00 CET, I thought about giving my prediction for the setlist. It's always fun to see how good we are at guessing. However, as most of us know, the selists shown at the rehearsals and first couple of shows rarely stay the same for the entire tour.

Backup songs: Du riechst so gut, Engel, Seemann, Haifisch and Weisses Fleisch

Overall, I think this will simply be a standard album tour with some "best-of material". I don't expect more than one hidden gem or throwback song. I think they will mostly rely on big crowdpleasers, since this is a stadium tour.

I think the big suprise in my prediction, is that they are going to drop "Du riechst so gut", "Engel" and "Ich tu dir weh" from the main setlist. Mainly because these songs have been played so much for the last couple of years, and don't belong to the "essentials".

Another prediction is that they will drop "Hallomann" and "Weit Weg". My idea is that they will only have time for one storytelling song, and one power-ballad.

The backup songs are a list of songs that the band has rehearsed and will use to switch out songs "mid-tour" if they don't work live. An example would be how the band switched to "Amerika" early in the 2016 tour after "Ohne dich unplugged" didn't always work.

                              This is interesting.....
First and foremost, I don't think that the choice of songs is strange, but the order certainley is. It just doesn't look like it's going to flow well, but I am either way interested. The order of the songs gets almost always changed anyway.

I also think that 1-2 songs will get removed. I will probably end around 21 songs.
