1…2…3…4…5…6…7…8…9 und aus | 1…2…3…4…5…6…7…8…9 and out |
Alle warten auf das Licht | All waiting for the light |
fürchtet euch, fürchtet euch nicht | have fear, fear not |
die Sonne scheint mir aus den Augen | the sun shines out of my eyes |
sie wird heut nacht nicht untergehen | she will not go down tonight |
… und die Welt zählt laut bis zehn | … and the world counts loud to ten |
eins… hier kommt die Sonne | one… here comes the sun |
zwei… hier kommt die Sonne | two… here comes the sun |
drei… sie ist der hellste Stern von allen | three… she’s the brightest star of all |
vier… hier kommt die Sonne | four… here comes the sun |
Die Sonne scheint mir aus den händen | the sun shines out of my hands |
kann verbrennen kann euch blenden | can burn, can blind you |
wenn sie aus den Fäusten bricht | if she breaks out of my fists |
legt sich heiss auf das Gesicht | lie hot on your face |
Sie wird heut Nacht nicht untergehen | she would not go down to night |
und die Welt zählt laut bis zehn | and the world counts loud to ten |
eins… hier kommt die Sonne | one… here comes the sun |
zwei… hier kommt die Sonne | two… here comes the sun |
drei… sie ist der hellste Stern von allen | three… she’s the brightest star of all |
vier… hier kommt die Sonne | four… here comes the sun |
fünf… hier kommt die Sonne | five… here comes the sun |
sechs… hier kommt die Sonne | six… here comes the sun |
sieben… sie ist der hellste Stern von allen | seven… she is the brightest star of all |
acht… hier kommt die Sonne | eight… here comes the sun |
Die Sonne scheint mir aus den Händen | the sun shines out of my hands |
kann verbrennen, kann dich blenden | can burn, can blind you |
Wenn sie aus den Fäusten bricht | when she breaks out of my fists |
legt sich heiss auf dein Gesicht | lie hot on your face |
legt sich schmerzend auf die Brust | lays painful on your chest |
das Gleichgewicht wird zum Verlusst | the balance come to loss |
läßt dich hard zu Boden gehen | lets you go down hard |
und die Welt zählt laut bis zehn | and the world counts loud to ten |
eins… hier kommt die Sonne | one… here comes the sun |
zwei… hier kommt die Sonne | two… here comes the sun |
drei… sie ist der hellste Stern von allen | three… she’s the brightest star of all |
vier… und wird nie vom Himmel fallen | four… and will never fall from heaven |
fünf… hier kommt die Sonne | five… here comes the sun |
sechs… hier kommt die Sonne | six… here comes the sun |
sieben… sie ist der hellste Stern von allen | seven… she is the brightest star of all |
acht… hier kommt die Sonne | eight… here comes the sun |
According to WaveAdvice this song was originally going to be used as heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko’s entrance music, but was never used. The demo name of the song was Klitschko. Even without the use as Klitschko’s entrance music, the song still references boxing through the verses and the counting to ten, as a referee does for a potential KO.
Hallo, es gibt einen Fehler im Text. Am 4ten Absatz vor dem Ende haben Sie “Verlusst” geschrieben ? Ich glaube dass es “Verlust” ist. (Sorry if my german has mistakes)
As the old (and unpopular now) video was this song is for the A-bomb.
No any other bullshit makes any sense.
May my German is rusty but rhe message is clear: we did it, we understand the might we touch, and we should not repeat.
We have to hold in our “fists” because will “burn our face” and “blind our eyes”.
But the world still “counts to ten…”
It’s about a boxer, specifically Klitschko knocking people the fuck out. An atomic bomb doesn’t have a fist.
It doesn’t matter how much you want to ascribe a different meaning to it, this one is very clear in it’s meaning.
All a play on words my good sir
The song, judging by the video, seems to be more about males and how they are treated and viewed by society. They slave away at the mine and get treated like shit (throws the diamond in his face even though he risks his neck in the mines everyday and the beating that they get. Their faces are all black from working in the mines all day and night). And they accept that because she is the shiniest star of them all, she is their sun and they wont let her fall. When she dies they carry her to the highest mountain. Its all still very relative today and to the past. With today you can just have a look at the modern feminists’ view on masculinity and an example from the past would be males that had to fight and how the survivors were forgotten by their country.
Old historical paintings and propaganda always had women and children on their posters where women were a symbol of the nation and the children as the future of the nation.. Some examples there are Edward Islo’s “The attack” painting or “never forget” poster where a Belgium women has been raped and the child in the craddle is dead while the town behind them is being pillaged and burning.
