To me watching Till kick through the wall at the opening of the Birmingham gig as they burst into Rammlied was how I felt when I first played it. It was an absolute kick in the face but in a good way. From the first slam of the guitars to the thundering finish I was hooked. However, I do understand that you can't like everything. For instance, I love some of the albums Mike Oldfield, (some members may need to consult their history teacher), has produced over the years, but there are several abums by him that I utterly loath because they just sound awful to me. One of his more recent albums, Light & Shade, was truly god awfull, having been made with the programme 'Fruity Loops' and in my opinion he sodded off down to the pub and let the programme make the album for him! You still owe me £14.95 for that pile of shit Oldfield you fucking twat!
I'm a member of a Mike Oldfield forum and I'm treated as something of a heretic because of my non fanboy views, but like Snake I'm entitled to my opinion.
I love LIFAD but not everyone is going to.
