"G-Spot Michael" oddly enough has a lot of German lyrics. I think they are actually quite funny. Maybe they didn't want to put the song in Skills in Pillls because they wanted to make it very clear that the album was 100% in English (except for "Wunderbar" in "Fat").

I think the guy's treatment wasn't as witty or clever as he himself imagined it to be, and to hide that he tries to make out that Till is in the wrong. From what he said I think his idea sounds a bit boring and without the humour often in Rammstein and now Lindemann videos.
