I have been reading L.J.Smith's six book novel 'The Vampire Diaries', I am loving it. I started reading it after watching TV Show based on this novel. I am also reading Shakespeare's Hamlet.

Just finished Stephen King's Dark Tower series. It took close to half a year for me to read all the 7 books but it was damn worth it. This must seriously be one of the best reads I've ever had. I'm going for something shorter now, as a small break (just started Voltaire's Candide), and after that I'll try some of the books recommended above.

Have you all heard about the new sensation in England, the book is in 3 parts and called Fifty Shades of Grey, apparantly it is VERY raunchy and definatly not a book for the prudish

I'm currently reading a set oif books by a Scottish author called Stuart Macbride. I'm not really into detective fiction but these books aren't bad and he has quite a dark sense of humour.

My sons fiancee is reading them at the moment, from what she tells me they are not easy to put down, she has them in book form and is going to pass them to me when she has finished.

^ did you read it yet ? I bought 50 shades yesterday and read it yesterday. I envisioned the main male character looked like Reesh, so of course I blushed reading it. I had no idea the book was about that and I never knew much about that stuff. I think I shall buy the second one today.
