I seem to recall RZK posting a Facebook status about the same in 2015?

In the latest edition of the Metal Hammer magazine, you'll not only find an exclusive interview with Rammstein, but also the latest information about Emigrate. Richard has given some interesting details about the new Emigrate album which features a collaboration with Rammstein bandmate, Till Lindemann, titled "Let's Go."

"It sounds like Till and Richard singing together, a buddy song, a friendship song. It's kind of electronic, and I don't know...it just sounds like Richard and Till."

The song's inspiration came from many years of working together and the idea of remaining friends through good times and bad.
"...and sometimes you forget that. Sometimes it's time to remind someone."

While Richard is focused on Rammstein at the moment, he states that the Emigrate album will hopefully be released this year, when the time is right for it.

In a recent interview he said that he didn't really expect other guys from Rammstein to want to work on a new album, and now the Emigrate record is just shelved somewhere

Maybe he was a bit down because of the album sales being below expectations (don't know if that's the case though)? Or maybe problems in the band or so.

Going by his last two CD's, I don't care if he never releases another song, let alone another album.

It's just that he stopped talking about Silent So Long II in public since then. With Rammstein Paris probably coming during the spring of next year, Rammstein's summer tour, work on Rammstein's new album... Well, if he even wants to release it, he would find time, or simply do it this autumn... Maybe it's not like that for everyone, but I liked Silent So Long and would like to hear some more of that
